STAFFING & ORGANIZATION
The Project Director and Main Office of Tropical Plan support will be committed to the project and will maintain an advisory and monitoring capacity throughout the projects duration. The Project Director will manage and Liaise with the Employer or his representative at all time to maintain the leadership of the project.
The Project Director (or his representative) will lead the project meetings.
The personnel forming Tropical Plan for the Services set out below are:
- Managing Director
- Project Director
- Project Coordinator Expat and Thai
- Site Engineer
- Site Inspector
Tropical Plan can recruit, place on site and manage, on behalf of the Employer a Site Manager (Construction management).
The Site Manager will be supported by the Tropical Plan head Office to suit the day by day requirements of the project and by the Project Director of Tropical Plan regarding critical policy or procedural issues related to the Project. The Site Manager will be versed and advised as to important and on -going issues of the Project.
